Stefan is a fully licensed Massage Therapist with a 3000 Hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy diploma which is well above industry standards.
He is trained in many different modalities including Swedish Relaxation, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, joint mobilizations, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Massage, Dynamic Cupping, as well as prenatal and therapeutic massage.
Stefan believes each treatment should be as individual as the client. His goal is to be effective with minimal discomfort. Stefan is a calm, attentive, professional therapist whose aim is to have his clients feeling pain free, relaxed and rejuvenated.
Christian Prieb
Christian is a fully licensed Massage Therapist with a 3000 Hour Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy diploma which is well above industry standards.
He enjoys his profession and helping his clients work towards and achieving pain free living.
Christian is knowledgeable in a variety of massage techniques which includes deep tissue, myofascial trigger point release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, neuromuscular techniques, joint mobilizations, cupping and postural education and more.
